Kyoto Glow - Plank Mounted Prints
During my October 2023 visit to Japan I spent more time than any reasonable human staring at powerlines, lanterns, and alleyways. This little lantern adorned the corner near our Kyoto airbnb, a bit south of the Kawaramachi district, along the banks of the Kamo river.
This 8×16” print is made using the Giclée printing technique on thick, high quality Somerset Velvet paper. I then plank mount the print to a 1” museum board and wax finish the print, allowing for a modern and sleek wall display with no framing required.
