During a 2025 visit to Portland, a friendly Rum-slinger directed us to check out Too Soon, a neighborhood watering hole dedicated to craft cocktails. We were met at this fantastic spot with great drinks, excellent hospitality, and fantastic lighting. I couldn’t help but take a swing at painting this vesper riff, with every color of the rainbow shining through in the reflections and wood grain.
